Installing in Windows Powershell, stuck

I am using the command in the readme. It is stuck on npx. I waited for 30 minutes but nothing happens.

cuz skill installation requires user's interaction with skill and scope picking and it's not handled properly for some reason - for now its blind pressing of:

• space + ↓ (8 times) + enter
• ↓ + space (1 time) + enter
• enter (2 times)

for each harness

p.s: i dont understand why author sleeping for that much, like there's a ton of typo-bugs that could've been fixed like under 1 minute and published as patch, but bro waiting till the minor/major release
