Linux: Razer Stream Controller X v0.2.26 broken

The same firmware works with macos and windows. Previous firmware works fine on linux (press buttons 0 and 14 until the screen flashes while plugging in to load backup firmware)
Both node-serialport and webserial fail.

Writing to the device works, and responses are received to those messages, but device does not send button presses back
