This implementation addresses four critical backend features to ensure robust, secure, and observable operations:
- Tenant Boundary Enforcement - Strict account isolation
- API Schema Contract Validation - Drift prevention in CI
- Operational Metrics & Health Monitoring - Support visibility
- Idempotency Support - Safe duplicate prevention
All acceptance criteria have been met for each feature.
Actions may unintentionally cross account boundaries without explicit checks.
