License unclear

Hey,
while forking citeproc-ts I noticed that it says in the package.json file that the library is available under either the CPAL 1.0 or AGPL 1.0 . However the LICENSE file says it's either the CPAL 1 or a later version or AGPL 3.0 or a later version.

I assume the information in the LICENSE file is correct (as it's referring to a more up-to-date license).
