add group icons

AWS ships Category icons in the bundle. Including those as group nodes would allow system subsection distinctions and drill down. Groups are cool that way.

@zhujik has a repo with the groups. They could certainly be dragged in. Of course, using the same set of icons has its advantages. He does not have an automated update process.

Here too, I will work on it when I can.

Thanks for the suggestion! I didn't realize you could do that with yEd groups!

So I won't want to copy from the repo for licensing reasons. I'll look into how I can get the automation to programmatically create these groups... or at least re-create all the one's they put in the PowerPoint presentation.
