Refactor Implicit parameters in readthedocs (BLAST-WarpX#6095)

The documentation for the implicit solver and the associated parameters
is out-of-date, excessively long, and hard to follow. This PR is an
attempt to improve the implicit solver material in the Parameters: Input
File section on the readthedocs page.
