Backups: How do often we backup, and how long should we keep the data

Sometimes you want to keep the data. However, you can't save unlimited backups of the database. Some of the questions that should be answered in the report;
- What will the available data be for the server?
- What does the AVG law, or any other law tell about backups?
- How do we restore backups if required.
- Does it include any prices or fees for the project.
