Creating Loss/Metric Curves for client server etc

Ultralytics does this automatically. So for each YOLO run it is saved. Huge headache to collect everything in terms of creating client and server level plots. Have to start from extracting stuff from specific runs from specific logs. 

There has to be a better approach to this by manually creating run names, which can be done through the yolo train command.
