Unable to compile on Windows or Ubuntu

Is planutils the only way to get SMTPlan running these days? I notice that the Piranha Algebra system is no longer supported and I've been unable to get it to compile on Windows or Ubuntu due to issues with MP++.

I noticed this as well. I wanted to get into the SMTPlan source to try and debug the problem I raised in #22 but I gave up when I couldn't sort out the issues with Piranha, which is deprecated.
