Tutorial on scATAC-seq SNP calling?

Hi,
    Thank you for your great work! May I ask if there is any tutorial on SNP calling using scATAC-seq data? Althought scATAC-seq has .bam file, but I wonder whether the processing step and variant calling step have any modifications? Thanks!
