FR: Run with coverage

The test explorer section for CTest has buttons for Run Test, Debug Test, and Run Test with Coverage.

It would be nice if the Qt section also supported Run Test with Coverage.

I guess this wouldn't be too difficult, create a profile of type vscode.TestRunProfileKind.Coverage and would need to call run.addCoverage(fileCoverage) for each generated file.

I don't currently have time to implement this though. I'll leave it open though
