[Bug]: Fantia running into 429 Too Many Requests

Steps to reproduce the bug

Start downloading a fanclub

Expected behaviour

Should download everything without an error.

Relevant log output (If any)

Since some time the downloader often runs in the error 429 Too Many Requests returned by Fantia.

Even the IP get's temporarily "banned" as you then also get the error in a normal browser.

To circumvent this, the downloader needs a cool down between the requests or a way to limit the connections drastically.

Currently on lucky days or time of the day(?) you won't get locked out, but it became very rare that it works right now.
