Visualize "Select" and "Partial" via selection box style

Currently, the "select" and "partial" mode have identical visual selection box sstyle.

Usability improvement suggestion: Use a different style (i.e. solid, other dashes, color) to indicate more prominently the used selection method. In some cases, the different selection method can have no discernible effect in the view, however, at a different location of the layout.

Please consider changing cursor style as well, if possible.

But you already got two features in the last release. I will wait for the coffee in return of that before I consider this change :)

I like your solution and I think that will already help me and potentially other users not having to undo several changes after realising that select instead of partial was active. Thank you very much.

In principle, the properties in src/laybasic/laybasic/layRubberBox.cc (set_stipple and set_color) are available?
