DXF exports text height of zero for blank height values

k-layout suggests for the text height to be left blank to be interpreted as 'default'.
When exporting text to a DXF file, the software writes the blank text height as 0.
DXF viewers do not know how to properly display zero height text, so they display a containing rectangle.
Suggest that the DXF exporter substitute a non-zero value for blank text height. The value 10 seems to be about right.

thanks for this suggestion. There is pending request to support "true zero" text sizes, but right now, zero is used as "no set". I want to change that, but as this is a incompatible change in the API, I will do so in a major release.

After this, it's safe to substitute a valid default value if none is set.

I ran into an issue where a customer sent a DXF with text and the text wouldn't render on any generic viewer.
I traced the issue down to blank text height in k-layout being exported as a zero height for DXF export.
I wanted others to benefit from this discovery.
