Decoherence

Hello,

This is an excellent package, and we're trying to use it for our analysis. However, we are specifically interested in applying it to estimate solar neutrino regeneration on Earth (v2->ve), which requires accounting for decoherence effects. I couldn’t find information on this feature in the documentation. Is it possible to incorporate decoherence with this package?

Or do you have a suggestion how to tackle this with Neurthino?

Hey Luis, thanks for the issue! I think you only need to implement the code for propagating the Neutrino from the Sun to Earth, which should probably be fairly easy. Let me ping @8me who created the majority of the physics code, although he is very busy currently...
