Thanks for the report. Confirming this is a known issue, you're not doing anything wrong on the setup side. Behind the scenes, the dashboard reads MeshCore companion info via a device query that doesn't actually return the radio fields (frequency, bandwidth, SF, TX power, name). The "CONNECTED" badge is real: the companion is genuinely connected. The read-only display panel just falls through to defaults and shows the question marks you're seeing. It's purely a display bug on that one panel; nothing about the underlying connection is broken. If you need to confirm the companion's actual radio settings in the meantime, run The fix is queued in the next core module release (I have a small bundle of MeshCore companion fixes batched together). Will follow up on this thread when the fix ships. |

I added a heltec companion via usb, flashed as meshcore usb companion.
Set it up via meshtastic meshcore-radio, but in the web interface it says connected, but all the other settings for the meshcore are question marks?
