Building Error

I'm having trouble building the game on windows, when ever I run the build command this comes up:

I've made sure I've installed everything so I don't know what's happening. This is my haxe and haxelib list outputs:

deprecations dont require fixing. The issues about support for 64bit are from Visual Studio, I believe. make sure you downloaded the entirety of the 22GB of Crap again because there's a lot there. I'm a Mac user so I can't give much advice, sorry
