Windows 10 .I use the 32 bits version because I think that's what my laptop uses to run

I go into files and open the .exe file or attempt too and nothing opens there's not even a "cant locate such and such"

So I was making a mod for me and my friends with kade engine because of how much easier it is to mod than the base game , and after I installed windows 10 on it , it wasn't opening , I tried opening the normal version and I was dumbfounded by that opening (I also think the Sarv engine for mid fight masses would work too but I'm not sure),because kade engine runs so much quicker. I didn't know what happened but if it can be solved I would be grateful , I really hope this can be solved fairly quickly but if needed take your time .
