I have a small animation I want to do within a custom song, unfortunately it's a little lengthy at about 2 or 3 beats long. I have no problems calling it, but it keeps getting cut off by the idle animation on the following beat.
I was hoping with the sing prefix, the game would skip the bop animation like I thought the previous lines control, but it gets interrupted regardless.
I've tested it both with and without the Force True statement, with and without the sing prefix. At the start and at the end of the super.beat section, but after those sing lines is the only spot where BF's 'hey' works for me.
I'd imagine I could work around it by halving or quartering the BPM just for that section, but that sounds like a really awful workaround, especially when I get around to charting. Any suggestions?
Edit: I tried doing it during a presong cutscene instead and he still bops while bf and gf stand still. 🤔
