Description of the Issue
I do not see a decision in the Chinese Unification tab to demand the submission of the Chongqing Government. The other warlords are showing up fine (Lianguang, Yunnan, Hunnan, Shanxi).
Steps to Reproduce
During the warlord unification phase, I just annexed Hunnan. I also just allied with RKMT in Yunnan.
