GXC - Reskin probably not functioning properly

Description of the Issue

Noticed that in the most updated patch, when Chen Jitang took Liangguang (GXC_KMT), the model of the soldiers will get a KMT uniform reskin(which is very nice); however, when Hu Hanmin proclaimed the Canton N. Gov (RKT_government_cosmetic) or unified the entire ROC (RKT_united_china) afterwards, the uniform just changed back for some reason.

Plus, is there any plan for dynamic tank and plane reskins based on the tag's political leaning? It's kinda weird to see a fighter with a federalist # on under a KMT-leaning tag...

Steps to Reproduce

As that's a possible reskin bug, it can be reproduced by setting cosmetic tags on GXC I'm assuming

GXC_KMT asset file is here but the RKT_government_cosmetic/RKT_united_china are missing, might be the reason of the bug; by the way it seems that YUN_NRA was the cos tag from the previous versions and it no longer exists in game.
