Description
Move both Proskuriv and the railway passing through to province directly under its current location.
Reasoning
On map, you can see the railway passing through Khmelnyskyi (modern name of Proskuriv) to the south of Southern Buh river. It's the same railway was built in 19th century, and they are on the other bank than in KR map and most of the city is too (though probably most settlements on rivers have parts of it on both banks).
