Host translations on Transifex/Weblate

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Transifex/Weblate are services that easily allow users to contribute to translations to the project, and both are free for open-source projects.
This would allow non-tech-heavy people to contribute to translations to the project without having to open multiple subfolders into Plugins/ subfolder of the project and without using Qt Linguist.
Transifex even offers the possibility to auto-sync the translations made there with the GitHub repo.

Use of Transifex/Weblate to easily translate Rabbit Remote Control to other languages for non-tech-heavy people.
