Fix godre:S8209: Consecutive function parameters with the same type should be grouped #426

Summary

Sonar rule godre:S8209 flags consecutive function parameters of the same type that are declared separately instead of using Go's grouped parameter syntax.

Changes

• pkg/apply/config.go: WithEnv(name string, value string) → WithEnv(name, value string)
• pkg/apply/config.go: WithEnvFromField(name string, value string) → WithEnvFromField(name, value string)
• pkg/patch/patch.go: removeNilValues(v reflect.Value, parent reflect.Value) → removeNilValues(v, parent reflect.Value)

Prevention

• No golangci-lint equivalent currently enabled — Sonar remains the guard.
