Issue with last active date not appearing

What happened?

I logged in for testing, but the problem is that there is no last activation date and it says Never.

What did you expect?

Kavita should check the last date normally.

I am using Edgy, Chrome, Windows, and Docker, and the server is using Docker-compose.

Time - Auto
Language - Korean
Region - Korea

If this part is the problem, it should not appear in the old version, but it appears normally in the old version.
And it works fine in OIDC, too.

That's why I believe the fact that cases like Kavita's local user don't appear is a bug.

I don't think it's updated since I maintained the record in the previous version. If you create a new user or create a new server, it is judged that the record is not included.
