Can't get Better Thermostat to work

Can't get Better Thermostat to work. I've tried all the options on the settings page and still can't get any result. Or maybe I just don't understand how it is supposed to work.

Please see the pictures. I’ve put a temperature sensor in the room. To troubleshoot this problem, I added one extra temperature sensor directly on the radiator. I also have one helper with two window sensors. Home Assistant also checks whether a person is home or not. Additionally, I made a card with all this data. So there are:

– BT current and target temperatures, BT heating
– TRV current and target temperatures and heating
– the room temperature sensor
– the additional sensor lying on the radiator

On the second graph you can see that BT heating did not work until about 18:00 on December 6:

Wait — what does the sensor on the radiator actually show? Why is the temperature changing so much? Please see the next graph.

That’s because the TRV works independently. So, at the moment we have:

– TRV target temperature: 22
– room temperature: 23.2
– radiator temperature: 33
– TRV “current” set to 21

Result: the TRV is open.

Please help me. I’ve spent about a week trying to understand how it is supposed to work. I have no idea… My brain is close to boiling.
