Do we allow LaTeX formatted problem names in Markdown?

It is heavily implied that problem.yaml/name is plaintext. Currently, the only way to specify problem name for Markdown is using problem.yaml. Do we want to allow LaTeX problem names in Markdown via a special command?

Personally, I think no, i.e., "just use LaTeX", but I want to make sure that this is a conscious decision.
