The link `invoked` from the Output Validator overview links to how *input* validators are invoked

Steps to reproduce:

• https://www.kattis.com/problem-package-format/spec/2023-07-draft.html#overview-2
• Click "output validator must be invoked"
• Observe that you ended up on https://www.kattis.com/problem-package-format/spec/2023-07-draft.html#invocation , and be annoyed.

I guess the problem is that you simply link to #invocation, and later someone added an earlier subsection with the same name. I guess the trivial fix is to link to #invocation-2, but that feels pretty unmaintainable. I'm hoping someone more familiar with the tool you're using to generate docs can fix this in a proper way.
