Where did you get the numbers for the absorption coefficients?

Than you for reaching out! And pardon for the delay. I was caught up in my research with Logi.
To answer your question:

IIRC i obtained it from the NIRS-SPM package. They had some templates for a Hitachi 4000 fNIRS machine. Hopefully this helps. Please let me know if i can be of any more assistance for your research.
