test: add ERC-7715 and ERC-7710 test suites

SDK tests (TypeScript):
- types.test.ts: Permission type validation
- rpc.test.ts: JSON-RPC handler tests
- manager.test.ts: PermissionManager unit tests
- provider.test.ts: ERC7715Provider tests
- integration.test.ts: End-to-end flow tests

Contract tests (Foundry):
- ERC7710DelegationManager.t.sol: Delegation and redemption tests
