Secondary services

A secondary service with SId E2-E205 and SCIds 1 is present in the ensemble. Similar secondary services seem to be used in the UK (BBC Radio5SX and some others).

There are some minor problems with that.

Abracadabra displays SId 100E2E205. The correct SId would be E2E205.1 or similar:

In the services list it is displayed partly hidden below the primary service.
Why would one display the service indented below its primary service instead of sorting it alphabetically same as other services? And why would one need the arrow up/down next to the primary service to hide an audio service? A secondary service seems to be just another audio service like any other audio service in the ensemble. Abracadabra treats them equally in the "Services" list. And my car radio treats them as if they would be primary services.

Thanks for sharing the recording, very appreciated because secondary service case is very rare and I do not have test streams for that. I will fix this bug for beta 2
