the error of Phatyp : version of torch

hello,
Thank you providing this great tool! I run the phytyp and there was an error:

ValueError: Due to a serious vulnerability issue in torch.load, even with weights_only=True, we now require users to upgrade torch to at least v2.6 in order to use the function. This version restriction does not apply when loading files with safetensors.

Hi, thank you for your fast reply! I have solved this issue by change the version of transformer to 4.43. The command was same to end_to_end and enviroment was from bioconda with phabox=2.1.11 .
