Page attachments not being migrated

Brief bug description

When migrating from The Kentico Xperience 13 training website, pages that have page attachments do not have their page attachments migrated.

Repro steps

1. Setup the Medio Clinic site and blank XbyK site
2. Use the migration tool to migrate from the Medio Clinic KX13 project to the new blank site XbyK project.
3. Go to the content hub in the XbyK project
4. See that there are no content items corresponding to the page attachments that existed in the KX13 project

Expected behavior

All page attachments should have been migrated like any other assets contained in the pages.

Test environment

• KX13 version v13.0.107
• XbyK version 30.11.0
