Instruction for launching the jar file

The screenshot below is taken from the PE instructions, cs2103T website.

It strongly recommends us not to double click the file to open it. However, the UG says that I should try double clicking it first and then follow the instruction given in cs2103T website if double clicking fails. I think it would be better if you change the order and then advice the users not to double click. This is double clicking to open the jar file often runs into an error and I think this error can be reduced by warning the user not to double click!

In our CS2103T class, we've been consistently taught to initiate jar files using the java -jar command in the terminal. This approach is not only more reliable but also educates users about a standard method that works across different systems and setups. While double-clicking might seem more user-friendly, it often leads to errors, especially if the user's system isn't configured to handle jar files appropriately.

Our primary goal should be to ensure a smooth, error-free experience for all users. By recommending the java -jar command first, we align with best practices and reduce the likelihood of errors. This approach can be particularly beneficial for users who might not be familiar with troubleshooting these errors.

I suggest we adjust the Quick Start section to first recommend the java -jar command, followed by the double-click method as an alternative. This change not only enhances reliability but also aligns our documentation with the standard practices taught in our course, thereby maintaining consistency.
