Break up SwapchainMaintenance1ExtensionAcquire and SwapchainMaintenance1ExtensionCaps #11564
Description
The two tests
- NegativeWsi.SwapchainMaintenance1ExtensionAcquire
- NegativeWsi.SwapchainMaintenance1ExtensionCaps
- (And those around it)
are awful, they try to do too much and it is honestly impossible to debug with all the random pNext chain swapping...
... These tests should be re-written into groupings that make sense
If the issue is the amount of code to spin up a test, we should just make a wsi_maintenance1.cpp file and move the tests there so they can have their own framework
