No clustering options enabled in scale_cuts.py

I have noticed that there is no way currently to use the clustering statistics in scale_cuts.py, even though the twopoint_wrapper.py and twopoint.py that are used allow for the w, Pnn and cosebis for it. I can go ahead and implement it, but I would like to know to which version/branch I can later submit my pull request with the new version (@tilmantroester)?

If possible, I'd try to adapt the standard cosmosis module (https://github.com/joezuntz/cosmosis-standard-library/tree/main/likelihood/2pt), rather than try to maintain scale_cuts.py, which uses a 4-year or so old version of twopoint.py.

If you are set on working on scale_cuts.py, I'd suggest the development branch, since that would make it easier for me to pull things into the python-only v2 version.

Alright, that makes sense! That would also simplify creation of cosmosis data fits file out of Edo's 3x2pt bandpower datavectors to which I can do a comparison as well.
