#shared cannot be refreshed on Power BI service

It seems that #shared cannot be refreshed on Power BI service. It there is no workarounds, it means, that you cannot upload model from a workbook to Power BI and refresh it.
Setting off "Include in report refresh" in Power BI doesn't work in Power BI service.
It would be worth to mention that in the documentation.

I haven't tried, so don't know as much about it -- back when I wrote this, it ran within Excel in what was then called Power Query. If you make a PR I'd be glad to merge though!

I've looked into a similar issue recently, and have not found a way to make it work unfortunately.
