Kilo Code on right panel by default

We’re currently using the default extension position, which is located on the left pane, close to the other installed extensions. After conducting a few user tests, we discovered that users are used to operating the assistant on the right side, similar to how Copilot/Cursor is set by default.

While it’s possible to manually move the assistant, we require more testing to make sure that there are no conflicts with the built-in Copilot/Cursor.
