Integrate VSCode Symbol Reference Support

I'd love to see an integration of vscode's symbol reference functionality (#).

currently, in vscode, you can quickly reference a specific symbol (like a function, variable, or class) anywhere in the repository simply by searching in the command palette with #.

integrating this feature would be super helpful for:

• agents mode: allowing ai agents to efficiently search a specific symbol without doing a text search. this is better as its syntax aware.
• users: making it easy for us humans to quickly reference symbols directly in the chatbox.
