Move the feedback button to save vertical space

The feedback button creates its own icon row, taking up about a half-inch of precious vertical space that would be better used for reading the conversation.

Please move the button to be in a preexisting content area to maximize use of screen real estate.

Yeah, I think this would be better placed somewhere else for sure as it is indeed a waste of space. It is bug, no, I think it is better grouped as a feature enhancement as it does not necesarily break anything.
