Add option for people to send current api configuration to us with one click

Often we get issues from users that we can't really reproduce which might have to do with a specific set of configuration options they have enabled. We already have the 'export settings' option but this produces a file which does not have the full api config as it is internally and also includes things like secret tokens as it is for the user to re-import again and not for us to know. We should build a way to simply send us feedback / a bug report (perhaps integrate it with the /reportbug slash command we're working on?) to send us a bug and include vital details like the current config, system config, etc.
