Support other's CLI's commands

There are many useful features that can brought to kilo code from other's CLI, specially those specific to each provider (Gemini, Qwen...etc.). One useful command stats session|model for usage summary, I'm not sure this is possible through a custom slash command which forward the request to gemini's API or auto-detect the current used CLI (gemini, qwen...) then write a custom command for each one?
