Agent Skills: Provide non-manual way of searching and installing skills

Just like Claude Code allows skill installation via

/plugin marketplace add anthropics/skills
/plugin install document-skills@anthropic-agent-skills

I would propose integrating in some way with skills repositories or marketplaces like smillsmp.io or roll your own.

Ideally I would see something like KiloCode has in Settings > MCP Servers tab but for Agent Skills.

As a first step towards this goal we can create a skill that knows how to install other skills in KiloCode (by GitHub url maybe), and provide reference to that skill in docs here
