Ask for payment after completing a task

I was playing with Cline to complete a task and saw this:

This happened after the task was completed. Notice the negative balance; Cline completed the task and then asked me to "buy credits".

I think in general it's better to use the pay limit method instead of this approach. Seems like the user is always distracted by seeing money stats. We might change this to a verbose mode as suggested by some of the user studies we did.
