Output files are now named 'left-clique' and 'right-clique'. Either this is wrong or docs need to be updated

Hello,

After building the output filenames no longer end with simply 'left' or 'right', now it says 'left-clique.uf2' and 'right-clique.uf2'

If this is intentional, then the documentation should be updated. If not- then the default config seems wrong, and docs should be updated to build the right files.
