DE-SomalifuscatorV2 Successfully Created - Somalifuscated Code can be Fully De-Obfuscated

The creator @KingKDot challenged in the readme for anyone to try an make a de-obfuscator of SomalifuscatorV2 and I have.

The script can be found in the main branch. Under the "VITE-UI" branch exists a Vite frontend that allows for a simple codespace spin up for ease of use.

In my tests this so far fully works and completely de-Somalifuscates to code back to normal.
