Add a warning for bootloop in Android 15 or latest Magisk in readme

Feature Description:
I tried to install Pixelify on my Tab S6 Lite with Lineage 22.1 and Android 15 and it bootlooped into a forever Entering Fastboot mode, nothing fatal since i recovered the device without too much difficulty but it would but it would be nice to have a warning on the front readme page to at least tell users to be careful with it especially if they have Android 15 and latest Magisk since cases are getting more frequent

Same thing happend to me , I installed on my Redmi Pad 8.7 4G (spark) . I got bootloop foverever Android 14 (HyperOS 1.0...) . Please put a bold warning somewhere
