Documentation: DTDs, external entities

It would be useful if the documentation explained whether and how DTDs and external entities are supported.

Also, whether the parser is namespace-aware.

Neither DTDs nor external entities are supported. The parser parses the syntax nodes for n:foo, and represents them in the tree, but it doesn't do anything more high-level than that. It is up to the consumer to deal with the semantics of namespaces.
