Group the 17 doc pages into six sections (Getting Started, Certificates & Identity, Security & Access Control, Networking & Integration, Deployment & Operations, Reference). Adds per-section _index.md files, lowercases filenames, sets aliases so old URLs still resolve, and updates the sidebar and docs list templates to render the grouping.
