Signout is broken on the web app

Describe the bug

Users are no longer able to sign out of the web app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://app.dev.zoo.dev and sign in if needed
2. Sign out from the user menu
3. Observe expected redirect to https://dev.zoo.dev
4. Return to https://app.dev.zoo.dev

Expected Behavior

The user should be signed out but they are not.

Additional Context

It appears this code is no longer being called. See this thread for additional discussion.

Note that if the users also signs out of https://dev.zoo.dev then the app signout does take effect.
